United Methodist Men have an opportunity to present Life Achievement Awards to people who have given years of service to local, district, conference, jurisdiction, or national organizations.

THE AWARD INCLUDES:

• LAPEL PIN

CONTRIBUTION

The contribution for a Life Achievement Award is $250. All funds received from the awards are used to support the ministries of the United Methodist Men Foundation.
